In order to get a clean slate, [Jeremy] Oxenham entered the Charlotte County Mental Health Court, a program of the Charlotte Community Mental Health Services.

The program offers mentally ill misdemeanor offenders the opportunity of a second chance and a way out of the criminal justice system and into treatment.

On Friday, Oxenham graduated from the one-year program.
