Kim has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, nearly two years ago she was arrested on drug charges and that's when she says her life went up in smoke.

Judge Brent Moss was instrumental in bringing Mental Health Court to Bonneville County, and he has watched Kim progress towards today's graduation.
