Montgomery County juvenile drug court may help youthful offenders

7/12/10 Montgomery Advertiser—"Montgomery County has started a new program aimed at keeping youth from later landing in adult court. The county's first juvenile drug court program will serve nonviolent youths, primarily ages 14 to 18, who have drug and alcohol problems but have not been involved in distributing drugs."
