GAINS Center Conference Call for Presentations Deadline Extended to October 2, 2009
The deadline to submit proposals for the 2010 National GAINS Center Conference has been extended to Friday, October 2, 2009. The 2010 conference will include presentations on mental health courts, specialized law enforcement responses, juvenile justice and mental health, peer-based services, responding to justice-involved veterans, community re-entry and supervision, and other topics at the criminal justice/mental health interface.
The 2010 conference will be held from March 17-19 in Orlando, FL. The conference is presented by the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare in conjunction with the GAINS Center.
